What can we expect to pay for a party bus?

Are we allowed to smoke cigarettes on the vehicle?

Unfortunately, we do not allow smoking of any kind on our vehicles.

What do people normally rent party buses for?

The best part about a party bus is you don’t need an occasion! Our clients normally use our services for weddings, bat mitzvahs, a night out on the town, school dances, corporate events, airport services, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and more!

What's the minimum amount of time that we can rent a party bus for?

All of our vehicles require a 6 hour minimum rental time, with an exception for wedding packages. This is intended to prevent some of our more important vehicles being unavailable for a short portion of the day, and preventing them from being able to be used for a larger rental on that same day. If this creates any inconveniences, then we greatly apologize!

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Once you have placed your deposit, or if you have paid in full, then the reservation can not be canceled. The card that you have put down will be charged for the reservation whether you end up using the service or not. This is because since you have hypothetically reserved this spot, you have made it so no one else can reserve that bus for that time slot. Once the deposit is placed, and then your reservation is canceled, then we will have missed several opportunities to book that spot and we will end up with a bus left in the garage that night.

Do you have any hidden fees?

Absolutely not! Hidden fees go completely against our philosophy and we absolutely do not have any. As long as you return the bus in the condition that it left in, you will be paying exactly the price that our customer service representative gave you when you put your payment down. Our customer service representatives have been trained to be very clear about every single thing that you will be paying for on the day of your rental. No surprises included!

What are your hours?

Our helpful customer service representatives are sitting at the phones twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week! No matter when you need to get in contact with us to discuss your booking, we will be here to help you out.

Am I able to do a tour of the bus or vehicle that I plan on renting before I put down a deposit?

We actually encourage our customers to check out the vehicle that they plan on renting before they pay so they know exactly what they're getting and what condition their bus will be in when they use it! We are more than happy to accommodate any special needs that you may have in this regard. If you need to set up an appointment then give us a call and our competent customer service representatives will be happy to set up an appointment for you to do so.

Can children be on board a party bus?

We welcome people of all ages on our vehicles! In fact, childrens' parties and events are actually a very popular reason that many people rent party buses! Children can't get enough of the fun lights, flat screens, and loud speakers! However, you need to keep in mind that if anyone under the age of 21 is on the bus, we can not allow alcohol to be on board.
